If moving your microphone doesn’t work, try this: Choose Tools→Options→Audio settings, and deselect the check box next to Automatically adjust microphone settings. I can use skype and transmission (i can chat and download files, so the wifi is working), but i can't use safari or any other browser. it seems like they don't connect to the internet. plus: most of the other applications (itunes and iphoto, for example) just freeze.
